  • Notice to Members of Nominations for Directors 2011
There are four (4) Director positions to be filled at the AGM. We are looking for nominations of candidates that meet the selection criteria to play this vital role in the
Company. I have enclosed a two page summary of the roles and responsibilities with the selection criteria for prospective Directors. The selection criteria must be addressed in a
written submission by nominees. The enclosed nomination form must be signed by two members of the Company. Only current members can seek nomination.
