The North Coast Community Housing Company (NCCHC) is a not-for-profit company managing long-term social housing for people with special needs and residents with low and moderate incomes in the far North Coast region of New South Wales in Australia. The Company is the largest Community Housing provider in this region.
NCCHC currently manages in excess of 800 properties across the far North Coast. These properties are located in the following local government areas: |

| Planning is well under way for future expansion of the Company's property portfolio in all these local government areas. Growth will continue to be sourced from stock transfers from Housing NSW, new acquisitions including redeveloped properties, and properties developed by NCCHC in partnership with other regional organisations. |
